We want you to love your Ania Haie jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Ania Haie packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label or use the provided QR code at your local drop-off point to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
